AUDACITY MANUAL
This manual explains on how to record voice, edit music and save into audio file.

A. RECORD VOICE
Main window for Audacity.
1. Click record button to record voice.
2. Click and drag the input volume
to appropriate level.
3. When recording, your audio track will show the
‘movement’ of your voice.

4. When recording is done, press
stop button.
5. You might replay your recording by
using play button.
6. To cut your record, select the area
and press delete on your keyboard.

B. IMPORT AUDIO FILE
To import an audio file.
1. Click Project then choose
Import Audio
2. Select the location of your file.

3. This window will appear after an audio file was imported.
Follow instruction on step 6 for editing.
4. To save your audio, click file> export as wav (or you might choose export as mp3).
Select the location for the file and save it.

5. If you want to save your project, choose file > save project as.
Usually we are using these features for future arrangement / editing.
